Ready to get started? Follow these three simple steps to go from “Where do I start?” to “I’m running a study” in 20 minutes or less.

✅ Step 1: Create Your First Study

  • Go to Screeners > + New Screener

  • Give it a clear name like:
    Team: Study Topic – Your Name – Month Year

  • Add a few basic questions. Don’t worry— you can edit later!

👉 Just want to test? Create a simple screener with 1-2 questions and hit publish.

🗓️ Step 2: Set Up Basic Scheduling (Optional)

Want people to book time with you?

  • Add a Scheduling Question to your screener.

  • Go to the Scheduling tab and:

    • Connect your calendar (Google or Outlook)

    • Add yourself as a facilitator

    • Choose Zoom or Teams (or skip if not ready)

📩 Step 3: Invite Yourself or a Colleague

  • From your screener page, click "Copy Screener Link" in the top right.

  • Open Gmail, Outlook, or any email tool you use.

  • Paste the link into an email and send it to your participants, colleagues, or even yourself to test the flow.

💡 Tip: You can also share this link in Slack, on social media, or in any other communication tool—it works anywhere!

You’ve created your first study, sent out a screener, and experienced the participant flow—nice work! From here, you can:

  • Set up payments and track activity in Incentives

  • Explore advanced scheduling features like soft quotas and observer invites

  • Customize reminder emails and calendar invites

  • Monitor screener responses in real-time under the Responses tab
