Ready to get started? Follow these three simple steps to go from “Where do I start?” to “I’m running a study” in 20 minutes or less.
✅ Step 1: Create Your First Study
Go to Screeners > + New Screener
Give it a clear name like:
Team: Study Topic – Your Name – Month YearAdd a few basic questions. Don’t worry— you can edit later!
👉 Just want to test? Create a simple screener with 1-2 questions and hit publish.
🗓️ Step 2: Set Up Basic Scheduling (Optional)
Want people to book time with you?
Add a Scheduling Question to your screener.
Go to the Scheduling tab and:
Connect your calendar (Google or Outlook)
Add yourself as a facilitator
Choose Zoom or Teams (or skip if not ready)
📩 Step 3: Invite Yourself or a Colleague
From your screener page, click "Copy Screener Link" in the top right.
Open Gmail, Outlook, or any email tool you use.
Paste the link into an email and send it to your participants, colleagues, or even yourself to test the flow.
💡 Tip: You can also share this link in Slack, on social media, or in any other communication tool—it works anywhere!
